Essay the "POWER of TIME"



     Time. It is arguably our most valuable commodity. Time cannot be hoarded, cllocted, earned, or bought with har work, money, dignity or our soul.it slips away whether or not we choose to pack meaning into it. Use it or lose it, so goes the saying. Time is always changing. Time never stand still. Time is continuous, and not stationary. Time changes our perceptions, and our perceptions of time change continuously. Time is infinite, change is essential to time.

     Some of people said time is gold. This actually makes a lot of sense because gold is rare, if we have a piece of it we should treasure it. Every second time is passing and we cannot go back to change it. We must treasure every second of life. We should know where our time goes. When we have an extra time, do not waste it.

     Time is like a sword. If we do not cut it then it will cut us. Ibn Mas’ud said that he never regretted anything except a day that passed by without having increased his deeds. We must take advantage because time will not return. We are nothing but a few breaths. Once one breath goes out, part of us goes with it. In the same way that part of we have gone, soon all of us will go.

     Time management is for our personal life and career success. It teaches us manage our time effectively. Time is a special resource that we cannot store or save for later use. Time is limited to 24 hours a day. Annie Dillard said, how we spend our days is,of course, how we spend our lives. We plan for the future and neglect to cherish the present. We had rather look back wistfully even though the future is full of hope.

     Lastly, what ever begins, it also ends. We must have schedule in our live. Do not do nothing make a change in our live. We decided our own live. Steal the things or products an be a crime but steal the time cannot be a crime. Beat your best. Good luck.

             Vegetables very important to our body. Vegetables contains water soluble vitamin like vitamin B and vitamin C, fat soluble vitamins including vitamin A and vitamin D, and also contain Carbohydrates and minerals. Some of examples of vegetables are carrot, potato, spinach, and cucumber.

              I choose this article because a lot of people do not know about vegetables and its benefits to our body. People in this era always busy with their jobs and business until forgaot to care their heath and body. Much of people always to take medicament from hospital or clinic to treat their disease. They do not know when we eat vegetables normally can avoid ourselves from diseaseter. Product from clinic, farmacy or hospital had a lot of chemical. We do not want our depends to the chemicals.
              
              In this articles, we can know that vegetables can contributes many benefits to our health and body function. Green vegetables can reduce risk of death and risk to get stroke. Vegetables also suppressing the growth of human prostate cells. It is also decreased the risk of stomach and colorectal cancer.

              We must be responsible and care about our health. People always said prevent is better than nursing. We can have a good digestion system in our body. Vegetables also give benefit to our skin. It is because vegetables rich with vitamin C and B complex and minerals. Vegetables also can prevent from disease like high blood pressure, heart diseases, kidney stones and diarrhea. Caution, eating an excessive amount of carrots may turn your skin orange. Also avoid eating large quantities during pregnancy.

               I like this articles because people would know about benefits and function of vegetables to our live. We also can make a good diet with eat vegetables only but actually we must balance our meal. Do not take fat oily food to much. It can be effect to our body and health. So, you will decide your own life.

Essay of STRESS!!!



      Millions of Malaysian suffer from stress each year. In fact, 3 out of 5 people say they experience stress at least twice a month. Stress is our body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When we feel stressed by something going on around us, our body react by releasing chemicals give us more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if our stress is caused by physical danger. This also be a bad thing, if our stress is response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength. Have some of causes that us to be stressed.

      First, the causes is threat. This is include physical threats, social threats, financial threat, and so on. We also get stress from life like death especially family and friend. In our personal relationship also being involved to get stress. Teen become stress when have problem with their friend mostly with their beloved. Our health also causes we become stress. Heart diseases, hypertension, problem with eye sight and sugar afflict us becoming life stress.

      More over, we can get stress at work place. We may be worried about our next promotion. We might be facing the negative or bullying behavior  of our boss. We might not be reaching our well-deserved career goals. We might be under stress because of the prospect of losing our job. Students also stress because of their examination or their homework to do. A lot of assignment might be able to get stress. Might be also they not suitable with their classmate or involved in crime bully.

      Besides that, stress can effects our body. A common symtoms of stress are a fast heartbeat, a headache, a stiff neck or a tight shoulders, back pain, fast breathing and an upset stomach, nausea or diarrhea. Stress can affect our immune system, muscles, stomach, and reproductive organs. Stress affect our thoughts and emotions. We may feel cranky and unable to deal with even small problems, feel frustrated lose your temper more often and yell at other, feel jumpy or tired all the time, find it hard to focus on tasks, and worry too much about small things.

      Theres have some of ways to beat stress. Spend some time in the silence every day. Take a break from the info-stream everyday. Practice meditation or relax in a hot bath with aromatherapy.when a thought comes up, just watch it float away. Pursue the passion. Physical movement and pursing are great ways to ease stress. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 to 15 minutes each day. The good cry also enhances oxygen delivery to the cells and stimulates release of specific neurochemicals in the brain that promote relaxation. Laught everytime.smile always.

      Lastly, I hope we do not want to be in stress anymore. We can find out how to decrease our stress level. Live in happily will tight our relationship between each others. Do not be stress and smile always.good luck.

            Malaysian fruits are becoming very popular with an increasing number of people. Some of the more popular Malaysian fruits are durian, banana, mango, watermelon, rambutan, papaya, and pineappple. Local fruits very beneficial to our health. Local fruits also taste very nice and good.

            One of the most popular local fruits is the durian. The name of durian comes from word "duri" which means thorns. The durian often called "king of fruits" by local people. The scientific name for the durian is Durio zibethinus. The durian is supposed to act as an aphrodisiac. Banana is another popular local fruit grown in this country. Banana contains high fiber so taking one at night before sleeping will help in solving constipation. Banana also contains tryptohan and vitamin B6, which is believe able to make people more excited and make the mood better. It is also good for our blood. People also will get this fruit after "solat jumaat" at mosque.

             Besides, papayas also give many benefits to us. Papaya contains antioxidants. It help to prevent cancer and fight against cancer-causing cells. More over, papaya is to boost male virility. papaya also very good in digesting food. Rambutan give us beneficial too but not eat too much rambutan when one has a cough.

             The conclusion is we take and support our local fruits. Our local fruits gives us many benefits and it is also more quality than imported fruits. Local fruits are great to begin a heathy diet.
