Millions of Malaysian suffer from stress each year. In fact, 3 out of 5 people say they experience stress at least twice a month. Stress is our body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When we feel stressed by something going on around us, our body react by releasing chemicals give us more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if our stress is caused by physical danger. This also be a bad thing, if our stress is response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength. Have some of causes that us to be stressed.
First, the causes is threat. This is include physical threats, social threats, financial threat, and so on. We also get stress from life like death especially family and friend. In our personal relationship also being involved to get stress. Teen become stress when have problem with their friend mostly with their beloved. Our health also causes we become stress. Heart diseases, hypertension, problem with eye sight and sugar afflict us becoming life stress.
More over, we can get stress at work place. We may be worried about our next promotion. We might be facing the negative or bullying behavior of our boss. We might not be reaching our well-deserved career goals. We might be under stress because of the prospect of losing our job. Students also stress because of their examination or their homework to do. A lot of assignment might be able to get stress. Might be also they not suitable with their classmate or involved in crime bully.
Besides that, stress can effects our body. A common symtoms of stress are a fast heartbeat, a headache, a stiff neck or a tight shoulders, back pain, fast breathing and an upset stomach, nausea or diarrhea. Stress can affect our immune system, muscles, stomach, and reproductive organs. Stress affect our thoughts and emotions. We may feel cranky and unable to deal with even small problems, feel frustrated lose your temper more often and yell at other, feel jumpy or tired all the time, find it hard to focus on tasks, and worry too much about small things.
Theres have some of ways to beat stress. Spend some time in the silence every day. Take a break from the info-stream everyday. Practice meditation or relax in a hot bath with aromatherapy.when a thought comes up, just watch it float away. Pursue the passion. Physical movement and pursing are great ways to ease stress. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 to 15 minutes each day. The good cry also enhances oxygen delivery to the cells and stimulates release of specific neurochemicals in the brain that promote relaxation. Laught everytime.smile always.
Lastly, I hope we do not want to be in stress anymore. We can find out how to decrease our stress level. Live in happily will tight our relationship between each others. Do not be stress and smile always.good luck.
